Day 6 – Self-Care Saturday 💆 Take time for personal care, enjoy a favourite activity, read a book, watch a film, or relax.
Day 7 – Smile Sunday 😊 Reflect on the week, look through photos, enjoy a favourite treat, and plan something positive for the week ahead.
