Our Advocacy Support Service empowers individuals to express their views, understand their rights and access the services and support they need. We provide compassionate, independent support to help people make informed choices and ensure their voices are listened to.
We can support with:
- Attending meetings and appointments alongside you
- Helping you understand information, letters and official correspondence
- Liaising with health professionals, local authorities and other organisations on your behalf
- Supporting you to communicate your wishes, preferences and concerns
- Signposting you to relevant services, benefits and community resources
- Encouraging independence, confidence and informed decision-making
