Are you an experienced finance professional with a passion for making a difference? Our
reputable agency is seeking a dedicated Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. Based in Bedfordshire, you will play a key role in supporting the financial health and strategic growth of our organisation, ensuring we deliver exceptional care to our clients.
Please note: This position is for self-employed contractors. As a self-employed contractor, you will have the flexibility to manage your own workload and schedule, while taking responsibility for your own taxes and insurance. This arrangement allows for greater autonomy and the opportunity to work with multiple clients, enhancing your professional growth and experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts.
• Manage payroll, invoicing, and accounts payable/receivable processes.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
• Support the senior leadership team with financial insights and strategic planning.
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes.
• Drive process improvements and cost efficiencies across the agency.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
• Professional qualification in accountancy preferred (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record in finance management, preferably within the care or health sector.
• Strong working knowledge of financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail.
