This service has been approved by the Department for Work and Pensions which allows us to guide, support and represent individuals who are unable to manage their finances.

Our demand lead service is here to fit around our individual client, instead of the clients’ needs having to fit around the structure of us at SecretANGELS. Our Live-in care provides an alternative to a residential care home, thus allowing you to stay in your own home with all the practical and emotional support you need.
Anything from light housework and washing up to general household tasks, such as hoovering and laundry. The home is where the heart is and we want our clients to feel comfortable and at ease.
Nothing beats a home cooked meal. Our PA’s can provide nutritious homemade meals, especially the client’s favourites and even help with feeding, if necessary.
Reminding the client to take their medication; collecting prescriptions, allowances and pension benefits; shopping from a list provided by the client; encouraging hobbies and seeing friends.
Accompanying the client to appointments; companionship and friendship; recreational support, social events.

We know that support is not only needed between the house of 9am and 5pm. This is why we also offer support on a 24/7 basis. We match our support team to you personally. Team members exchange and come to your house at certain times so that one individual can stay awake overnight if you require that type of help. The MMAS Employability Skills Programme (MESP) has been devised to assist and support individuals who are looking to move into employment or work experience opportunities.
This 10 week programme is available to anyone 16+ who is seeking to build their confidence and forge opportunities to move into employment.
The course incorporates study skills and core tools focused on Employability Skills including

We assist with providing access to specific information and services that are available.
We also encourage and support our clients to be more involved in the decisions that are made about their own well-being and livelihood. This allows them to gain a sense of clarity and responsibility for themselves and to explore more choices and options.
Here at SecretANGELS we care about your well-being and we know sometimes going to appointments can be daunting and even lonely. There are many of our clients who prefer not to seek help from their family or friends due to the purpose of their appointment and would rather keep them confidential. Our Personal Assistants are here to assist, for both professional & emotional support.
